What is Be Solid Learning?

Be Solid Learning is a monthly social-emotional learning (SEL) subscription box designed to strengthen hearts and build minds — one child at a time. Created by a mom of 18 and a licensed school counselor, each kit supports emotional intelligence and positive behavior for kids ages 3 to 18 — and their families.

Be Solid Learning is more than just a box — it's part of a complete family-centered system for emotional growth. It includes two additional powerful counterparts:

🧠 Be Solid Lab – Weekly coaching groups for kids to build SEL skills in real time with peer support.
💛 Be Solid Parent Circle – Monthly coaching and connection for parents who want to grow alongside their children and strengthen their home culture.

Together, these three branches work hand-in-hand to nurture the hearts and minds of your whole family.

What is included in Each Kit?

Every month, you'll receive a themed social-emotional learning kit that includes:

✅ Parent Guide: Easy-to-follow lessons, step-by-step activities, and bonus resources
✅ Hands-On Activity/Game: A fun and interactive way to practice the monthly skill
✅ Daily-Use Tool: A tangible item to help your child practice the skill throughout the month
✅ Age-Appropriate Content: Tailored for your child’s developmental level (ages 3–5, 6–8, 9–12, or 13–18)
✅ Bonus Resources: Recommended books, conversation starters, and a notes page for reflection

What age ranges are available?

We offer kits for four age groups:

Ages 3–5
Ages 6–8
Ages 9–12
Ages 13–18

Each group receives tailored content that grows with your child.

How much does it cost?

Our kits start at $42/month, with discounted rates for 3-month or 12-month prepaid subscriptions. Shipping is included within the U.S.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! We understand that life happens. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. If you cancel after your next billing date, your cancellation will apply to the following month. Easy-peasy, lemon-squeezy.
