Be Solid Learning Company
Be Solid Learning was born out of a simple but powerful idea: when families are emotionally strong, children thrive. Founded by a mom of 18 and experienced school counselor, Be Solid blends real-world SEL expertise with a deep love for family. Our goal? To help families connect, grow, and confidently navigate life’s ups and downs—together.

Raising emotionally strong kids takes more than a quick lesson or one-time conversation—it takes consistent tools, daily practice, and support for the whole family. That’s why Be Solid Learning uses a three-pronged approach to social-emotional learning. Each branch is intentionally designed to meet your family where you are, while working together to build long-lasting emotional growth. Families can participate in one, two, or all three—whatever fits your needs best.

Be Solid Learning – Monthly SEL kits for ages 3–18, packed with hands-on activities, family games, and simple parent guides.

Be Solid Coaching – Weekly virtual coaching groups for kids to practice SEL skills in real-life situations with supportive mentors.

Be Solid Parenting – A monthly parent coaching circle that equips caregivers with tools, strategies, and community support.
