Be Solid Learning

Be Solid Learning provides educational resources and experiences designed to help families build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and support healthy development.

Our programs may include Parent Academy, Kids Academy, Family Academy, Live Labs, digital resources, community spaces, podcasts, workshops, and other educational content.

Membership Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or manage a Be Solid Learning membership.

​

Memberships for families are established and managed by a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether program content and activities are appropriate for their children.

Membership & Pricing

Be Solid Learning offers recurring monthly membership access.

​

Our standard membership price is currently $97 per month. From time to time, Be Solid Learning may offer promotional pricing, introductory rates, or other special offers.

Promotional offers may have specific eligibility requirements, deadlines, or terms. The applicable price and offer terms presented when you enroll will govern your membership.

​

Prices may change in the future. Any changes affecting an existing membership will be communicated as required by applicable law.

Billing & Payment

Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at enrollment.

​

By enrolling, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your payment method for recurring membership fees until your membership is canceled.

​

Your monthly billing date is generally based on your original enrollment date.

If a payment cannot be processed, access to some or all Be Solid Learning services may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Canceling Your 
Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time through the cancellation method made available by Be Solid Learning.

​

Unless otherwise stated at enrollment, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to membership content through the remainder of that period.

​

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically provide a refund for amounts already paid.

Refunds

Because membership provides access to digital educational content, community features, and programming, membership payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

If you experience a billing error, technical issue, or exceptional circumstance, please contact Be Solid Learning so we can review the situation.

Access to Content & Community

Your membership may include access to digital materials, Live Labs, community spaces, downloads, videos, workshops, and other resources.

Membership access is intended for the enrolled household's personal, non-commercial use.

You may not sell, reproduce, publicly distribute, upload, share, or commercially use Be Solid Learning curriculum, downloads, videos, graphics, or other proprietary materials without written permission.

Community Guidelines

Be Solid Learning is committed to maintaining respectful and supportive spaces for families.

​

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and refrain from harassment, bullying, discrimination, threatening behavior, inappropriate content, unlawful conduct, or other behavior that interferes with the safety, confidentiality, or experience of the community.

​

Be Solid Learning reserves the right to moderate community spaces and restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect participants or enforce these Terms.

Privacy & Confidentiality in Group Settings

Be Solid Learning is designed to create a respectful environment where families can learn, ask questions, and share experiences. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not record, screenshot, share, post, or distribute another participant’s personal information, story, image, or comments without their permission.

Because Live Labs, coaching sessions, community discussions, and other programs may involve group participation, Be Solid Learning cannot guarantee that information voluntarily shared with other participants will remain confidential. Families should use discretion when sharing personal or sensitive information.

Parents and guardians should help children understand appropriate privacy boundaries when participating in Live Labs or other interactive Be Solid Learning experiences.

Be Solid Learning may remove participants or restrict access when privacy or confidentiality expectations are violated.

Children & Parent Responsibilities

Some Be Solid Learning programming is specifically designed for children and teenagers.

Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for their children's participation, supervision, online activity, and use of Be Solid Learning resources.

​

Participation in Be Solid Learning does not transfer parental or supervisory responsibility to Be Solid Learning Company.

Education Purposes only -
Not Therapy or Medical Care

Be Solid Learning provides educational programs, resources, and skill-building experiences.

​

Although some content may address topics such as emotions, relationships, resilience, executive functioning, communication, and family well-being, Be Solid Learning is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or a substitute for individualized professional care.

​

Participation does not establish a therapist-client, social worker-client, healthcare-provider, or other clinical relationship with Be Solid Learning Company or its instructors.

If you or your child needs individualized medical, mental-health, or therapeutic care, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

Live Programs

Live Labs, workshops, Q&A sessions, and other scheduled programming may occasionally be changed, rescheduled, canceled, or provided in an alternative format.

While we aim to provide consistent programming, membership does not guarantee attendance at any particular live session, instructor, date, or time.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Be Solid Learning's curriculum, videos, worksheets, graphics, branding, downloads, written materials, frameworks, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Be Solid Learning Company and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your membership provides a limited right to use these materials for your household's personal educational use. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission for redistribution or commercial use.

Third Party Services

Be Solid Learning may use or link to third-party platforms for website hosting, payment processing, community services, video conferencing, scheduling, email, or other functions.

​

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Every child and family is different. Be Solid Learning provides tools, education, experiences, and opportunities for growth, but we cannot guarantee particular behavioral, academic, emotional, relationship, or family outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Be Solid Learning Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use our website, programs, membership, or materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically as our programs, services, or legal requirements change.

​

When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed on this page and provide additional notice when required.

​

Your continued use of Be Solid Learning after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
