The SOLID 5-Day Family Reset™ gives your family five simple days to slow down, reconnect, notice what’s really happening, and choose what comes next—together. Designed for families with children ages 4–18, each day takes about 10–15 minutes and combines a short lesson, an interactive family activity, and a meaningful conversation.
This isn’t another workbook full of pages for parents to complete alone. Your family will play, move, talk, practice, laugh, reflect, and make real decisions together as you work through the five SOLID Principles:

By the end of the Reset, you’ll create your own SOLID Family Reset Plan and have a reusable 2-Minute SOLID Reset you can return to whenever emotions rise, conversations get tense, or your family simply needs help finding its next step.
